Prof. Hinkley, Assistant Professor of Political Science and former General Counsel of Niagara University, has diverse research interests in mental health law, healthcare policy, constitutional law, civil rights, law and technology, utopia and dystopia, and environmental law. He holds degrees from Niagara University and Harvard Law School.
